By opting in to Clyde Patient Messaging, you agree to receive transactional and informational SMS messages related to your medical care and clinic communications. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, after-hours messages, office follow-ups, billing or insurance notices, and other patient service notifications sent on behalf of your healthcare provider.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with your clinic.
2. Opt-Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message.
After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Clyde unless you opt in again.
If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again through your clinic.
